Overview
We’re hiring a Horticultural Maintenance Team Leader to lead a small on-site horticultural team and deliver specialist plant maintenance and high-quality plant installations across our gardens. This is a hands-on, site-based role for someone with strong plant knowledge, good organisation, and confidence coordinating on-site work and client relationships.

About the role
You will:
Lead a small on-site horticultural team
Deliver specialist plant maintenance, including pruning, deadheading, seasonal cutbacks, and plant health checks
Carry out high-quality plant installations for soft landscaping projects
Interpret planting plans, manage logistics, and coordinate on-site work
Liaise with clients and maintain excellent standards across every garden
What we’re looking for
2 to 4 years’ experience in a horticulture, maintenance, or team leader role
Strong plant knowledge and confidence leading maintenance schedules
Experience with planting plans and installing soft landscaping schemes
Great organisation and communication skills
Positive, hands-on team player
Driving licence required
