Design fees and landscaping budget
Your design fee is shaped by the brief, garden size, existing condition, access, location and design complexity. Materials, planting and specialist input also affect the work required.
Your tailored proposal confirms the design fee and exactly what is included.
Landscaping is priced separately. We discuss a realistic budget early, refine costs as the design develops and prepare the final construction quotation once the master plan and build scope are agreed.
Projects can be phased where this supports the garden and your budget.
