CONTEMPORARY COTTAGE GARDEN

Our lovely clients asked us to redesign their outdoor entertainment space in time for hosting a wedding in the summer of 2022. 

The existing landscaping had been completed to a high standard but the spaces were too large and there was nothing to break up the extensive expanses of paving. 

We used a traditional clay paver to zone the entertainment space and a Corten rill and planting to break up the space. The hot tub was set within a contemporary cottage planting area with a composite deck walk-way. The existing decked area was replaced with composite and transformed into a covered bar and BBQ space.

 Around patio spaces we used a contemporary cottage planting scheme to give depth to the garden and give floating interest from the new seating areas.
